Mexican Fudge



2 cups shredded Monterey Cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup salsa
4 ounce can green chilies
4 eggs, beaten


     Put Monterey jack cheese on bottom of 9X13” pan.
Mix salsa, green chilies and eggs and pour on top of cheese.  Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve while warm.
